Congratulations to our top contenders in each category. 2021 was an exciting season with a total of 8 points events spread through the year. 93 different drivers raced with us this season and a total of 1186 timed laps were completed at our track. Thank you to all the racers who made it out the an event this year.
The 2022 season will start up in January, see you then.
Overall:
Lawrence had a strong showing this season getting 158 points overall out of a maximum 200 points. All three drivers overall podium drivers competed in 7 out of the 8 points events this season which goes to show the consistency pays off in Rallycross. Being able to drive quickly is complimented by a reliable machine. Jim locked in 2nd place with 110 points and 5 season podiums. This season saw the return of Alex in his Nissan SE-R, which thew a piston clean thru the block near the end of the 2020 season... after installing a new engine the car was strong for the entire season and helped to propel him to a 3rd place finish.

AWD:
This category was a Subaru sweep this season... all blue subarus. Lawrence had a very strong and consistent showing in his 2.5 RS, getting 161 points in AWD class and a podium finish at all 7 events that he competed in. Tim was able to take 2nd place in all-wheel drive with 91 points and 3 podium finishes. Shane grabbed 3rd place in his 2.5i with a total of 61 class point.

FWD:
1st place in front wheel drive was secured by Jim Pickering with 176 total points and a class podium at every event he entered. In addition to being a great driver, Jim regularly shoots photos during the rally cross events... Thanks Jim :-). Alex was right there nipping at Jim's heels with 127 class points as well as 7 podiums. Joel entered his rookie season of rallycross this year and finished 3rd in FWD class. We wish him the best of luck as he prepares the Fiesta ST for stage rally and new adventures in 2022.

RWD:
Buck Dandy jumped from 3rd in class to 1st place with a strong showing at the final event of the season. This was also the debut of a fresh new look on his #4 NC miata. Woody was only 7 points away from 1st place, 68 points was good enough to bring home the silver. Joshua grabbed 3rd by competing in two different RWD fords... starting the season in a ranger and finishing out in a crown vic.
